Conservative setupThis option is very stable and well tested. What you get:
To install:
To view TV: Start X, start AVview. Use AVview controls to select any adaptor that has "ATI" in it. Change channels, etc. To view movies: Use Xine or any other Xv-capable video player for playback. MAKE SURE Xv support is enabled when compiling Xine Here is a more detailed description of the installation process from Jon Reades. Advanced setupThis is a relatively stable code from CVS. If you want to help with testing and perfecting the driver - this is the option to use. What you get:

Adventurous setupThis code has not been updated in a while. Do not be surprised if this does not work or causes your computer to freeze. If you do not know how to use cvs, learn it. If you do not want to learn it - this code is not for you. What you get:
